I usually find that prospective patients have a much better idea of what I offer and how the acupuncture might help them after a short phone call. It is also important that we both feel we are a good fit.
Choosing a practitioner is often difficult without a recommendation from someone you know; in the absence of that, a call can go a long way towards building the trust that is so important. All being well, we can then schedule your first appointment.
So I highly recommend taking up the offer of a free 15-minute phone consultation. This will allow me to answer any questions that you may have, discuss in detail what you are needing from treatment and talk you through some basic acupuncture concepts and how your treatment might progress.
